What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Display name — how you appear to other members (doesn't have to be your real name)
• Email address — used for login and password resets only
• Password — stored encrypted (bcrypt hashed), never in plain text

If you choose to upload photos or a profile picture, those are stored on our server.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, share, or provide your information to any third party
• We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising
• We do not collect your real name, phone number, address, or payment information
• We do not send marketing emails — email is only used for password resets

We do keep a simple internal page view counter so the club admin can see if the site is being used. This counts page loads and unique sessions — no personal data, IP addresses, or browsing habits are recorded. This data is only visible to the admin and is never shared.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It's a functional cookie — no tracking, no advertising, no third-party cookies. It expires after 90 days or when you log out.

Photos

Photos you upload are visible to all members and visitors of the site. You can delete your own photos at any time. The club admin can also remove any photo.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on a private server protected by Cloudflare. All traffic to and from the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Backups are stored securely and retained for a limited time.

Account Deletion

If you'd like your account and data removed, contact the club admin. We'll delete your account, comments, and photos from the system.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page. For a small club site like this, changes are unlikely.
